Role Summary
The role focuses on hands-on Workday configuration across Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll. Key responsibilities include configuring absence plans, leave programs, accrual schedules, eligibility rules, time entry calculations, work schedules, validations, compliance policies, and payroll components.
The consultant will work closely with product teams and LOB stakeholders within a Scrum/Agile environment and support unit testing, SIT, UAT, troubleshooting, and Tier 2 production support.
