Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll professional to lead and support a Workday US Payroll Implementation initiative. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Workday Payroll, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to drive end-to-end payroll deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Workday US Payroll solutions from planning through deployment.
- Manage end-to-end payroll process design, configuration, testing, and execution within Workday.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Provide strategic guidance and best practices for Workday Payroll implementation.
- Support system integration, validation, troubleshooting, and post-go-live activities.
- Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Utilize Launch Express / Launch methodologies to streamline implementation processes.
Key Skills:
- Previously or currently certified in Workday US Payroll.
- Minimum 4 full-cycle Workday Payroll implementations completed as a Lead Consultant.
- Strong understanding of payroll process planning and execution within Workday.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configuration and deployment activities.
- Experience with Workday Launch Express / Launch methodology is a MUST.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced implementation environments.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
