Summary: The Workday PATT Lead Consultant is responsible for leveraging extensive Workday HCM experience, particularly in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking, to configure and support Workday modules. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to engage stakeholders and lead workshops. The consultant will ensure compliance with payroll processes and regulatory requirements while delivering scalable solutions. This position is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Workday PATT modules.
- Lead workshops and engage stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with payroll processes, absence accruals, and time-tracking regulations.
- Analyze and troubleshoot payroll-related issues.
- Collaborate with payroll vendors and tax systems for integrations.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of Workday HCM experience with at least 3+ years in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, absence accruals, and time-tracking compliance.
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday PATT modules.
- Familiarity with Workday integrations for payroll vendors, tax systems, and time clocks.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to payroll and leave management.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead workshops, engage stakeholders, and deliver scalable solutions.
