Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Workday Financial Management Order to Cash (O2C) modules.
  • Design and implement end-to-end O2C processes including customer setup and contracts, billing and invoicing, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable and collections.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
  • Configure Business Process Framework (BPF), validations, and security roles.
  • Support integrations between Workday and third-party systems (CRM, billing, tax, banking).
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for O2C operations.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
  • Provide post-production support and troubleshoot O2C issues.
  • Prepare functional design documents and end-user training materials.
  • Work closely with finance, sales, and IT stakeholders.

  • Experience in Workday Financials, with strong focus on Order to Cash (O2C).
