Summary: The Workday Learning Product Owner is responsible for leading the implementation of Workday Learning, ensuring alignment with enterprise learning strategies and business needs. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, overseeing configuration, and supporting user acceptance testing and change management. The individual will also facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure long-term sustainability and adoption of the system. This position is a contract role with a duration of 12 months, based remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Learning during implementation, guiding design decisions and ensuring alignment with agreed enterprise learning strategies.
- Collaborate with human resource, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize the Workday learning implementation roadmap.
- Oversee the configuration of key components such as courses, learning programs, campaigns, certifications, etc.
- Collaborate with Workday implementation partners and internal teams to ensure all the Deliverables are met in a timely delivery, issue resolution, and adherence to project milestones.
- Provide, facilitate support, and mentorship to ensure the internal Workday learning support team in IT and business are enabled for knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability.
- Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring stakeholder engagement and sign-off on key deliverables.
- Support change management efforts by contributing to training, communications, and adoption strategies.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Product Owner or SME in Workday Learning.
