Summary: The Workday Learning Lead is responsible for driving the implementation and optimization of learning programs within the Workday HCM and ERP ecosystem. This role involves overseeing ERP Advisory engagements, ensuring alignment with financial policies, and enhancing learner engagement. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and focuses on delivering measurable outcomes in learning processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Learning and ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, design, configuration, and integration of Workday Learning within the Workday HCM/ERP ecosystem
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of ERP Advisory engagements, including implementation planning, execution, and project reviews
- Design and optimize learning processes covering content management, compliance tracking, curricula, and learner engagement
- Establish and monitor KPIs for adoption, completion, and compliance; translate insights into continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment with financial and cost management policies, data governance, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (HR, IT, PMO, business) to resolve dependencies and align roadmaps
- Lead testing, cutover, and hypercare for Learning releases, upgrades, and integrations
- Produce publication-quality documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer for administrators and end users

- Deep knowledge of Workday Learning functionality across learning delivery, content management, compliance tracking, and learner engagement
- Hands-on configuration and administration of Workday Learning in complex HCM/ERP environments
- Experience with implementation lifecycle activities including process design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare
- Ability to define KPIs and analyze adoption/completion data to drive measurable outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication; creates publication-quality documentation and learning content
- Proficiency with data quality, security, and audit controls for learning data

Compensation: $70 - $85/hr.
We have partnered with our client in their search for a Workday Learning Lead. The Workday Learning Lead drives implementations and optimization initiatives, focusing on strategy, configuration, and integration of learning programs within the broader Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem. The role oversees ERP Advisory engagements-from learning process design through implementation lifecycle support and project reviews-while partnering with HR, IT, PMO, and business leaders. Success is measured by on-time delivery, adherence to financial and cost management policies, audit-ready data integrity and compliance, and measurable gains in learner engagement and experience.

- Current Workday Learning certification required
- Workday Financials certification preferred
