Summary: The role is for an experienced Workday Learning Consultant to provide part-time support for a project in its build phase. The consultant will initially offer light input before transitioning to full support as the project reaches key milestones. Responsibilities include reviewing configurations, providing guidance, and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success. The position requires specific Workday certifications and strong experience in Learning implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the existing Workday Learning configuration and validating the initial build.
- Providing targeted functional guidance during early stages (approx. 1–2 hours as needed).
- Transitioning into full support mode from early December, resolving issues and supporting the testing cycle.
- Supporting configuration across courses, curricula, programs, learning assignments, reporting, security, and related Learning processes.
- Collaborating with HCM, PMO, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth progress toward project deadlines.
- Documenting decisions, fixes, and recommended improvements.
Key Skills:
- Workday Pro Learning Services Certification (required).
- Workday Implementer Certification (required).
- Strong experience supporting Workday Learning implementations or post-deploy enhancements.
- Ability to review configuration, identify gaps, and recommend adjustments efficiently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-alignment skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving between low- and high-engagement project phases.
