Summary: The Workday Learning Consultant role at Huxley involves optimizing and evolving the Workday Learning module for an international client as part of a global HR transformation program. The consultant will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support testing and deployment. This position requires a strong understanding of Workday configurations and HR processes, with a focus on collaboration across global projects. The role is fully remote, with a duration of 18 months plus potential extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize the Workday Learning module based on business requirements
