Workday Lead (Software testing)

Summary: The Workday Lead role at Zensar Technologies Limited is a contract position focused on overseeing the testing of payroll systems. Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on payroll systems and integrations.
• Proven experience in leading and managing testing projects, preferably in a payroll domain.
• Excellent knowledge of Workday HCM and Payroll modules, including their functionalities and integration capabilities.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements across multiple geographies.
• Proficiency in test design techniques, test case development, and test automation tools.
• Experience in coordinating UAT with business users and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
