Summary: The Planet Group is seeking two Certified Senior Integrations resources for a contract engagement with a Workday partner, focusing on the delivery of integration solutions for the Workday HCM system. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integrations workstream of projects for the Workday HCM system.
  • Scope, gather requirements, document, implement, deploy, and support integration solutions.

Key Skills:

The Planet Group have recently been engaged by an established Workday partner to secure x2 Certified Senior Integrations resources on a contract (B2B) engagement (6 months). The roles can be based in the UK or Europe and offer remote working.

Role Overview: As a Workday Integrations Consultant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of integration solutions for the cloud based Workday HCM system. As a knowledgeable expert in Integrations, you will work closely with customers to lead the integrations workstream of a project, and will scope, gather requirements, document, implement, deploy and support integration solutions, using the Workday integration platform toolset. You’ll build strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements, ensuring that the integration solution is aligned to their needs, fit for purpose and commercially viable. You’ll be a key contributor to guiding, developing and educating others within the Workday practice on the area of Integrations.

Key Skills Required: Proficiency with XML, XPath and XSLT, and be knowledgeable in an object oriented programming language (preferably J2EE) Experience of designing workflows to solve business and technical problems Good understanding of cloud computing, web services and associated integration challenges Excellent customer focus and strong communication skills. Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of project and business dynamics; Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure Strong consulting skills e.g. presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining complex functionality or solutions to customers;
