Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, test, and deploy integrations solutions for customers (e.g., EIBs, Studio, APIs).
  • Collaborate with clients and teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored Workday solutions.
  • Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.
  • Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards.
  • Manage integration deliverables across multiple projects and maintain timelines.
  • Troubleshoot issues, track risks, and escalate concerns to project management as needed.
  • Guide clients on integration strategies and Workday best practices.
  • Mentor and coach team members on Workday integration development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional implementation tasks, including creating and managing project plans.
  • Engage where appropriate in the sales cycle to help scope integration projects.
  • Support functional configurations for Workday business processes and provide technical expertise during implementation.

Key Skills:

  • Min of 5+ years of Workday Integrations developmental experience.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll).
  • 5 years of combined experience developing and delivering technical solutions in a corporate environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware).
  • Experience leading Integration design and Process alignment.
  • Experience in designer and developer related roles with demonstrated ability to deliver coded integration work to a production environment.
  • Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality.
  • Proven ability to map HR or Business needs to Workday functionality.
  • Proven experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent), and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams including business users and other technology teams.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • College or University Degree in HR or Information Systems (beneficial but not mandatory).
  • Workday Integration Certification (a plus).
  • Experience with Workday Extend.
  • Certifications in related technologies or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are advantageous.
  • Experience with any of the following: Java, JavaScript, .NET, XSLT, NetBeans IDE development background.
