Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver integrations between Adaptive Planning and HCM platforms (Workday preferred).
- Automate feeds for headcount, compensation, and position data.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance (GDPR, SOX, audit), and governance.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Technology teams to align workforce planning and budgeting.
- Provide knowledge transfer and best practice guidance to internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues alongside vendors and stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Proven expertise with Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday HCM (or equivalent).
- Hands-on integration skills, ideally with APIs / middleware (Workday Studio, Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato).
