Workday Integration (Payroll) Consultant (Only W2)

Summary: Seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations specifically within HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules. The candidate should possess hands-on experience with Workday tools and a track record of successful end-to-end integration implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support Workday integrations across HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Implement end-to-end integration solutions using Workday tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful integration outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing integrations.

Key Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.
• Strong expertise in Workday WECI (Workday Extend Connector Integration).
• Experience with PECI / PICOF (Payroll Effective Change Interface / Payroll Input Collection Output File).
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and CCW (Cloud Connector Workbench).
• Proven experience in Benefits and Payroll Implementation Projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
