Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance, maintain, and support development activities within Enterprise Business Solutions environments.
- Work with SAP systems and modules including FIORI, ECC, SRM, and others.
- Develop and support Workday systems and modules, including Finance and Human Capital Management.
- Participate in a development team or work independently on projects.
- Provide 24x7 call support as part of a standard rotation.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud solutions, features, and best practices.
- Gather and analyze requirements, model processes, and troubleshoot issues.
- Utilize web-based design and development skills, including HTML5, Java, and JavaScript.
- Conduct performance analysis and tuning of integrations.
- Develop architecture diagrams and roadmaps for projects.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday integration tools.
- Experience with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON), API, and XML/XSLT.
- Two years of experience in a Workday Integration Development role.
- Bachelor's Degree and six years of related experience.
- Knowledge of best practices for data conversions and system integrations.
- Experience in mobile application development, particularly with Workday mobile solutions.
- Understanding of SAP Process Orchestration Integration and Cloud Platform Integration.
