Summary: We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Developer with 6-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations, particularly in HCM, Payroll, and Finance systems. The candidate should possess hands-on expertise with Workday integration tools and third-party system integrations, including ADP. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams. The position is remote, allowing flexibility in work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using:
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Core Connectors
- Workday Studio
- Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems such as ADP and other enterprise applications
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions
- Utilize XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and web services for data transformation and mapping
- Perform unit, system, and regression testing, including Workday semi-annual release support
- Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
- Ensure integration security, compliance, data privacy, and governance standards are maintained
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams during implementation and production support
- Maintain technical documentation and integration specifications
- Support performance tuning and optimization of integrations
