Remote | Contract

Robert Half is partnering with a retail CPG client to hire a Workday Integration Developer. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the creation and optimization of Workday integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity across enterprise systems. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations, including inbound and outbound interfaces.

Utilize tools such as Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, and Cloud Connect to build efficient integration solutions.

Apply programming skills including Java and API development to create scalable custom integrations.

Ensure accurate data flow between Workday and other enterprise systems, addressing data discrepancies and inefficiencies.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data mapping, transformation, and validation.

Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support integration objectives and manage risks.

Lead multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Recommend improvements to existing integration processes and stay updated with emerging technologies.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven expertise in Workday integration development, including proficiency with Workday Studio and Workday Web Services.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of engaging multidisciplinary teams and simplifying technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs.

Knowledge of project management practices; Workday certification or familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Solid understanding of client-side scripting, configuration management, and Salesforce development.

Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

Hands-on experience with API development and integration technologies.
