Workday Integration Developer - Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain Workday integrations
• Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and Workday Web Services
• Work with REST and SOAP APIs
• Support integration testing, troubleshooting and defect resolution
• Work with functional Workday teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and integration specifications
• Support existing integrations and make improvements where required
• Ensure solutions follow Workday best practice and internal development standards

Required Experience

• Strong commercial experience as a Workday Integration Developer
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio
• Strong knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors and Workday Web Services
• Experience working with REST, SOAP, XML and XSLT
• Good understanding of Workday security and integration architecture
• Experience delivering integrations within large or complex Workday environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed technical and functional teams

Experience across areas such as HCM, Payroll, Finance, Benefits or Recruiting integrations would be beneficial.
