Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Manage the full integration lifecycle including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Diagnose, debug, and resolve integration and data flow issues promptly.
- Collaborate with HRIT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define integration needs.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, processes, and support procedures.

Workday Integration Development Experience: Proficient in designing, building, and maintaining integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Technical Skills: Strong background in XML, XSLT, XSD, web technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL), and middleware tools. Familiarity with APIs, data formatting, and transformation. Experience with vendor management systems and contingent worker processes preferred.
Data Management: Experience with HR data, data mapping, validation, and troubleshooting data issues between Workday and external systems.
Integration Lifecycle Management: Skilled in managing the full integration lifecycle requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Excellent analytical skills to diagnose, debug, and resolve integration and data flow issues promptly.
Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work with HRIT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define integration needs and deliver effective solutions.
Documentation: Practice in creating and maintaining technical documentation for integrations, processes, and support procedures.
