Summary: The Workday Integration Analyst role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Workday integrations and a strong understanding of Workday architecture and data models. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement Workday integrations, including AI/ML capabilities and intelligent automation frameworks.
- Utilize Workday Orchestrate, Studio, EIBs, PECI, Core Connectors, and other integration tools.
- Manage multiple integration projects while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Utilize developer tools and modern integration technologies for effective integration processes.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Workday architecture, data models, and security frameworks.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations.
- Prior implementation experience with Workday AI/ML capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture and data model.
- Experience with at least 2 full life cycle Workday integrations.
- Proficiency in developer tools such as Oxygen, Postman/SOAP UI.
- Familiarity with modern integration technologies: REST, SOAP, XML, JSON.
- Workday certifications in Integrations, Studio, and/or Extend (strongly preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong project management capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master''s degree is a plus.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations with deep understanding of Workday Orchestrate, Studio, EIBs, PECI, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transformations, Workday Packaged Integrations, XSLT, etc. and Workday Extend development.
- Prior implementation experience leading and implementing Workday AI/ML capabilities, Agents, ASOR, data pipelines and intelligent automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture, data model, and security framework.
- Experience with at least 2 full life cycle Workday integrations.
- Experience in using Developer tools such as Oxygen, Postman/SOAP UI or its equivalent.
- Experience with modern integration technologies: REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, event-driven patterns.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and analytics platforms is highly desirable.
- Workday certifications in Integrations, Studio, and/or Extend (strongly preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
