Summary: The Senior Workday HRIS Analyst will lead the optimization and enhancement of the Workday HCM platform, leveraging over 10 years of HRIS experience with a focus on Workday configuration and stakeholder engagement. This role demands both technical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of global HR processes. The candidate will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with various departments to ensure effective system functionality and compliance. Additionally, mentoring junior analysts and contributing to best practices will be key components of the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HCM, providing support for modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, and Advanced Reporting.
- Lead end-to-end Workday configurations, testing, and deployment for system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality rollouts.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to gather requirements, analyze data, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain and develop custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields using Workday Report Writer and Workday Prism (if applicable).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while ensuring minimal impact on HR operations.
- Oversee and improve business processes (BPs) and security roles, ensuring proper governance and compliance.
- Lead or support Workday integrations with third-party vendors (e.g., benefits, payroll, learning systems) via EIBs, Workday Studio, or Cloud Connect.
- Support system audits and compliance efforts (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to Workday best practices, documentation, and training.
