Workday HCM Payroll Consultant

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Workday HCM Payroll solutions for our clients. This role requires strong technical expertise in Workday HCM Payroll and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Workday HCM Payroll solutions based on client requirements
• Provide support and maintenance for existing Workday HCM Payroll systems
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality meets requirements
• Provide training and support to end users on Workday HCM Payroll functionality
• Stay current on Workday updates and enhancements to provide recommendations for system improvements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience working with Workday HCM Payroll
• Strong technical expertise in Workday HCM and Payroll modules
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Workday HCM Payroll
• Experience with Workday implementation projects
• Knowledge of HR and payroll processes
