Summary: The Workday HCM Talent Management Lead is responsible for overseeing the Workday HCM Talent Management Suite initiatives, focusing on design, configuration, testing, and deployment across various HR modules. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management and enhancement of the Workday HCM Talent Management Suite.
  • Coordinate with business owners, subject matter experts, developers, and analysts to evaluate and prioritize work requests.
  • Focus on building and maintaining forms within onboarding and offboarding functional areas.
  • Design and implement solutions in areas including Recruitment, Applicant Tracking, Position Description Management, and Organizational Charts.
  • Configure and deploy Workday HCM solutions in alignment with business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and project management to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday HCM solutions.
  • Apply knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in all solution implementations.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 7+ years of experience in a lead role focused on HR/HCM design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • 5+ years of experience specifically with Workday HCM, including Talent Management.
  • Deep understanding of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in Workday solution design and configuration.
  • Data mapping and reporting tools.
  • Integration technologies.
  • Strong proficiency with Workday Recruiting, Onboarding/Offboarding, and Talent modules.
