Summary: The Workday HCM Lead Consultant will oversee the Workday HCM Talent Management Suite, coordinating efforts with various stakeholders to implement prioritized requests. The role focuses on enhancing onboarding and offboarding functionalities, along with managing recruitment and organizational processes. The consultant will leverage their expertise in Workday to bridge the gap between people management and digital solutions. Public sector and talent management experience are considered advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Workday HCM Talent Management Suite.
- Coordinate work efforts with business owners, subject matter experts, functional analysts, developers, and security analysts.
- Evaluate and implement requests in the Workday solution based on prioritization.
- Emphasize building forms in onboarding and offboarding functional areas.
- Oversee Recruitment, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding/Offboarding, Position Description Management, and Organizational Charts.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or related field.
- Five years of experience in a lead, functional/technical role focused on Workday HCM.
- Experience in design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge people management and Workday digital solutions.
- Public sector experience is a plus.
- Talent management experience is a plus.

Five years of experience in a lead, functional/technical, or similar role focused on Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) providing design, configuration, testing, and deployment; talent management experience required
Demonstrated experience bridging the gap between people management and Workday digital solutions
