Summary: The Workday Learning Consultant will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and support learning campaigns while ensuring compliance through effective reporting. This role requires expertise in the Workday Learning module, including content management and user support. The consultant will also be responsible for maintaining data integrity and providing training materials. A Workday Learning Certification is mandatory for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with internal stakeholders to develop, deploy, and support learning campaigns and associated reports.
- Set up and maintain the Workday Learning module, including creating and managing learning content.
- Stay updated on new features in Workday Learning and develop test cases for updates and enhancements.
- Partner with the HRIS team on system integrations with third-party content providers.
- Provide support to users on the Workday Learning module, including training materials and troubleshooting assistance.
- Manage learning data within Workday, ensuring accuracy and generating reports.
- Monitor assignment, enrollment, and completion of compliance courses.
- Ensure data privacy and integrity at all times.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the Workday Learning module and its best practices.
- Solid understanding of HR systems and advanced reporting environments.
- Experience in iloads, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
- Analytical skills and ability to synthesize change quickly.
- Independent problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
