Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Core HCM and Compensation
  • Drive and facilitate client workshops and meetings to achieve timely decisions
  • Own and maintain design documents, decision documents, and RAID logs
  • Translate business requirements into Workday configurations and best-practice solutions
  • Support tenant build activities, testing, and defect resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on Workday implementation experience
  • Workday HCM Core certification (required)
  • Experience leading Workday functional workstreams and client-facing discussions
  • Workday Compensation certification (preferred)
  • Prior experience in large-scale or complex Workday implementations (preferred)

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Core & Compensation Lead to support a high-visibility Workday implementation. This role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Core HCM and Compensation modules while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders.
