Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Core & Compensation Lead to oversee a high-visibility Workday implementation. The role involves leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Core HCM and Compensation modules while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. The position is primarily remote, with a preference for candidates in the EST time zone. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Workday implementation experience and relevant certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Core HCM and Compensation
- Drive and facilitate client workshops and meetings to achieve timely decisions
- Own and maintain design documents, decision documents, and RAID logs
- Translate business requirements into Workday configurations and best-practice solutions
- Support tenant build activities, testing, and defect resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on Workday implementation experience
- Workday HCM Core certification (required)
- Experience leading Workday functional workstreams and client-facing discussions
- Workday Compensation certification (preferred)
- Prior experience in large-scale or complex Workday implementations (preferred)
