p>We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Workday HCM Consultant (Talent Acquisition) for our client in London, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Workday Talent and Performance modules of a huge transformation project. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday functionalities, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effective utilization of the Workday system.
This is a remote contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
System Configuration and Maintenance:
- Configure and maintain Workday Talent and Performance modules, ensuring system integrity and optimal performance.
- Manage and execute system upgrades, enhancements, and patches in collaboration with the IT team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the Workday system.
- Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR and business initiatives.
- Conduct data audits and validations to maintain data integrity.
Project Management:
- Lead and participate in HRIS projects related to the Workday Talent and Performance modules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Manage user access and security roles within the Workday system.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure system security and compliance.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday Talent and Performance Management modules.
- Proven experience in HRIS administration and system configuration.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Workday HCM, Talent, and Performance modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
