Summary: The Workday HCM Integration Consultant will oversee the design, development, testing, and management of integrations for Hampton Roads Transit’s Workday implementation project. This role requires close collaboration with implementation vendors and business stakeholders to ensure secure and reliable data exchange between Workday and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Workday integration workstreams with implementation partners
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems
  • Utilize Workday integration tools including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, and other connectors across HR domains
  • Provide oversight for integration monitoring, auditing, reporting, forms, and security administration
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all integrations
