Summary: The Workday HCM Configuration Analyst role involves supporting a major transformation programme by optimizing and enhancing a multi-country Workday environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimise Workday across Core HCM and associated modules
  • Design and maintain business process frameworks, calculated fields, condition rules, eligibility rules and validations
  • Support enhancements across Talent Management, Career Development, Succession Planning and Skills Cloud
  • Configure and maintain Advanced Compensation plans, Benefits and Absence processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
  • Support testing, deployment activities and release management processes
  • Conduct impact assessments for Workday releases and support regression testing
  • Produce clear configuration documentation and process flows
  • Act as a trusted Workday SME, advising stakeholders on system capabilities and best practice

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience working as a Workday Functional Consultant, Workday Analyst or Workday Configuration Specialist
  • Proven hands-on configuration expertise across: Core HCM, Talent Modules, Advance, Compensation, Benefits, Leave & Absence
  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes, eligibility rules and calculated fields
  • Experience operating within global or multi-country Workday environments
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver configuration at pace
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
