This role will manage the Workday HCM Talent Management Suite by coordinating work efforts requested by other business owners, subject matter experts, functional analysts, developers, and security analysts, evaluate these requests and implement them as prioritized in the Workday solution. There will be particular emphasis on building forms in the onboarding and offboarding functional areas of the software. The scope of work includes Recruitment, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding/Offboarding, Position Description Management, and Organizational Charts.
Education and Experience Recommended
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or any related field from an appropriately accredited institution
- Five years of experience in a lead, functional/technical, or similar role focused on Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) providing design, configuration, testing, and deployment; talent management experience required
- Demonstrated experience bridging the gap between people management and Workday digital solutions. Public Sector Experience a plus
