We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday HCM Benefits Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Workday HCM Benefits solutions to meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Workday HCM Benefits solutions based on business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HCM Benefits modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM Benefits functionality
• Stay current on Workday HCM Benefits best practices and trends
• Train end users on Workday HCM Benefits functionality

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience working with Workday HCM Benefits
• Strong understanding of benefits administration and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

• Workday HCM certification
• Experience with other Workday modules
• Experience with HRIS implementation and support
