  • Present complex Workday strategies in a clear, compelling, and structured manner to senior leadership.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations to illustrate proposed solutions, using data and storytelling techniques to drive buy-in.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Workday configurations to meet Siemens Energy’s evolving business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within Workday’s HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
  • Provide hands-on support for configuration changes, testing, and deployment of new Workday functionalities.
