- Assist in maintaining and updating the Financial Data Model (FDM), including hierarchy updates and structural changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver elevated support and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Contribute to ongoing optimization and enhancement of Workday configurations and workflows.
- Document processes and ensure alignment with organizational policies and controls.
