Summary: The role of Workday Financials ERP (Implementation & Support) involves leading and executing Workday Financials implementations, including system design and ongoing support. This part-time position requires collaboration with finance and IT stakeholders to optimize financial processes and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end Workday Financials implementations, including system design, configuration, integrations, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), cutover, and post-go-live support.
  • Configure and maintain key Workday Financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Reporting, and Banking/Cash Management) ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and manage integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services/API) with third-party systems (payroll, treasury, tax, banking, etc.).
  • Provide ongoing production support, including defect analysis, issue resolution, system monitoring, and performance optimization; ensure timely patch and release management.
  • Design and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday to support financial planning, audit, and compliance reporting.
  • Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to optimize financial processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report) through automation, best practices, and Workday capabilities.
