Summary: The Workday Financials Functional Lead will play a pivotal role in a large-scale Workday implementation project, focusing on Banking and Budgeting. This fully remote position requires leading functional workstreams, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and providing guidance on configuration and business processes. Required Experience:
4+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience
Strong experience with Workday Banking/Cash Management and/or Budgeting
Experience leading functional workstreams
Workday Financials certification required
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Experience supporting full implementation lifecycle activities
Preferred:
Consulting/client-facing experience
