Title- Workday Financial Aid Business Analyst

We are in need of a strong Financial Aid Business Analyst to support the team with requirements definition, solution design, and validation activities.

While Workday is leading the implementation, we need additional expertise to help guide the university through key design decisions and ensure we are implementing a best-in-class Financial Aid solution. Our goal is not to simply lift and shift existing processes, but rather to take advantage of Workday capabilities while ensuring the resulting solution meets our business needs and does not introduce more manual effort than exists today.

The ideal resource should have:

• Deep Workday Financial Aid experience.
• Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience advising institutions on Financial Aid design and best practices.
• Campus Solutions knowledge, which would be a significant plus
