Workday Finance Testing

Summary: The role involves testing Workday Finance modules, focusing on manual test case execution, validation of integrations, and collaboration with implementation teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases for Workday Finance modules such as Accounting, Budgeting, and Cash Management.
• Validate Workday integrations with external financial systems and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to support testing and validation during deployment phases.
• Design and maintain test scenarios and scripts based on business process flows.
• Perform functional testing to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Document test results and track issues using tools like JIRA or qTest.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide feedback to stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• 3+ years of Workday Finance Testing experience
• Should have strong understanding/knowledge of Workday and Vertex
• Some automation experience on any of the standard tools
• Scripting skills
• Strong communication skills and client interaction experience
