Job Title: Workday Financial Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term Contract

Job Description:

• Configure, support, and maintain Workday Financial Management modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within Workday.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Manage Workday configurations, including business processes, security, and integrations.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities within Workday.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of overall experience in Finance/Accounting systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
• Expertise in:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Financial Reporting
• Procurement / Expense Management
• Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio is a plus).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
