Summary: The Workday ERP Analyst role involves managing and configuring Workday Time Tracking systems, particularly focusing on integration with other modules and resolving related issues. The position requires experience with time entry configurations, mobile/web clocks, and payroll calculations. The analyst will also assist in monitoring integration schedules and support application upgrades with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with clients and documenting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with both Optum and client business unit requirements
  • Exposure/experience migrating to/from Workday Time tracking, preferable from UKG Kronos
  • Ability to configure and resolve issues related to global time entry items like: Web time entry, Calendar view entry, Time entry against projects, Administrator-defined scheduling etc.
  • Resolve issues/incidents pertaining to in/out, units, required/optional worktags etc.
  • Experience working on configurations and resolving issues related to Mobile/Web clocks such as Check-in & checkout, Geofencing capabilities, Employee activity history etc.
  • APIs to integrate with physical time clocks and other time clock systems like Dormakaba
  • Experience working on configurations with respect to calculations related to Payroll, Over time, holidays, shift differential, predictive scheduling, etc.
  • Working experience or good understanding on Workday Time tracking integration with other Workday modules of Workday Human Capital Management, Workday Payroll, Workday Absence Management etc.
  • Ability to learn new systems and work on configurations pertaining to Scheduling, clock management etc.
  • Integration build and maintenance
  • Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants
  • Assist with resolution of issues, tracks issues and provides updates to peers, leadership and clients with minimum supervision
  • Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access
  • Monitoring interface errors
  • Monitor integration schedules to ensure not failures or issues
  • Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
  • Work directly with Client & Informatics to document requirements & expected results
  • Ability to write queries, reports and work with dashboards to support end user needs

Key Skills:

  • 4+ years of Workday Time Tracking experience
  • Kronos Workforce Central/ Workforce Management (aka Dimensions) experience will be an added advantage
  • Experience on Shift wizard and Dormakaba
  • Clock configuration and troubleshooting
