Key Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of Workday integrations using:
- Workday Studio
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Core Connectors & Cloud Connect
- XSLT and MVEL scripting
- Translate business and functional requirements into well-architected, scalable, and high-performing integration solutions.
- Partner with functional stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.) to analyze requirements and propose best-fit Workday solutions.
- Ensure high data quality and integrity across all integrations through effective testing, monitoring, and error handling frameworks.
- Support Workday tenant activities such as system upgrades, configuration, integration regression testing, and data validation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, data maps, and architecture diagrams for all integration assets.
- Stay informed of new Workday releases and proactively recommend enhancements or process improvements.
- Participate in governance and code review processes to ensure consistency and alignment with enterprise integration architecture standards.
