Key Skills & Experience:
As a Delivery Lead Workday, you will be at the forefront of delivering end-to-end Workday HCM and Financial Management transformation solutions for global clients. You will combine deep technical expertise in Workday with strategic delivery leadership, working closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive digital HR and finance transformation and deliver impactful, scalable outcomes.
The purpose of this role is to:
Lead end-to-end Workday platform implementations, ensuring seamless alignment with client HR and financial management objectives
Drive technical architecture and solution design, translating complex business requirements into scalable Workday platform capabilities
Serve as the primary point of accountability for platform delivery quality, stakeholder engagement, and team performance
Enable continuous improvement by leveraging the latest Workday features and roadmap to maximise client value
