Summary: The Workday Data Conversion Consultant role is a fully remote contract position requiring active SC Clearance and Workday certification. The consultant will lead the data conversion process from legacy HR and Finance systems, ensuring successful migration and data integrity. Responsibilities include data mapping, cleansing, and collaboration with various stakeholders. The contract duration is between 3 to 6 months, with a potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute all aspects of Workday data conversion from legacy HR and Finance systems.
  • Define and manage data mapping, cleansing, and transformation rules.
  • Build and maintain Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, and data load templates.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, HR, Finance, and IT teams to resolve data issues and ensure successful migration.
  • Conduct test cycles, reconciliation, and validation of data loads.
  • Support cut-over planning and post-go-live data integrity checks.

Key Skills:

  • Valid Workday Certification (HCM and/or Financials).
  • Experience in Workday data conversion/migration projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio (desirable).
  • Expertise in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
  • Proven ability to work with complex datasets from multiple legacy systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into business language.
  • Current and valid SC Clearance.

The Role

I am seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join a high-profile Data Conversion programme. This is a fully remote contract role; Candidates must hold a valid SC Clearance and Workday certification.
