Summary: The Workday Conversion Lead - Accounts Payable/FIN is responsible for leading data conversion activities for the OneERP/Workday implementation specifically for Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense. This remote role requires expertise in Workday and experience with data migration from multiple ERP systems. The position also involves supporting historical data loading and developing reports using various visualization tools. Candidates should have a strong background in Workday Financial Implementation, preferably within healthcare provider systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Conversion Lead - AP will LEAD Data Conversion activities for OneERP/Workday Implementation for Accounts Payable and T&E.
- The role will lead data migration/conversion efforts from multiple ERP systems to OneERP/Workday.
- Responsible for vendor master conversion, 1099 data migration, open invoices, open POs, payments, and bank reconciliation.
- Support historical data loading into Workday Prism and develop reports and dashboards using Workday PRISM, Looker, Power BI, and other visualization tools.
Key Skills:
- Workday certified.
- Dashboard - PowerBI or Tableau, Looker.
- MS SQL.
- Hands-on experience on a prior Workday Financial Implementation.
- Healthcare provider (hospital systems) is highly preferred.
