Summary: The Workday Consultant role requires a professional with extensive experience in Workday Recruiting and Talent Administrator modules, focusing on implementation and configuration. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Workday functionality and modules, including planning, design, testing, and deployment.
- Create and manage Workday reports.
- Configure related Business Processes, Questionnaires, Agencies, Goal Setting, Performance Review, Disciplinary Action Templates, Talent Review, Talent Calibration, and Career Profiles.
- Provide Workday Systems Administration and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Document processes thoroughly and develop proof of concepts rapidly.
- Translate customer requirements into technical documentation.
- Communicate clearly and articulate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- BS Degree
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Recruiting and Talent Administrator modules
- Strong experience creating Workday reports
- Workday Pro Recruiting & Workday Pro Talent Certification (highly desired)
- 5+ years of experience configuring related Business Processes and templates
- Workday Systems Administration
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Thorough documentation skills
- Rapid development of proof of concepts
