Summary: The Workday Benefits Lead is responsible for managing and configuring HCM and benefits-related business processes using the Workday platform. This role requires extensive experience in Workday's Benefits and Compensation Modules, along with strong analytical and consulting skills to address complex business requirements. The position is fully remote and involves staying updated on Workday releases to enhance benefits administration. Candidates must have a minimum of four years of implementation and configuration support experience in Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage HCM and Benefits related business processes and configurations.
- Utilize the Workday HCM platform to manage and administer employee benefits programs.
- Configure and maintain benefit plans, ensuring accurate enrollment and timely updates.
- Understand the impacts to HCM & Benefits processes and data feeds to other applications.
- Stay informed about Workday updates and leverage new features for improved administration.
- Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions.
Key Skills:

JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain and manage HCM and Benefits related business processes, configurations (i.e., Benefits & Staffing rules and eligibility, support and maintain Extensive Open Enrollment Experience in Workday Benefit and Compensation Modules.)
Utilize the Workday HCM platform to manage and administer employee benefits programs.
In-depth knowledge of how benefits plans are set up in benefits/payroll functional areas.
Configure and maintain benefit plans, ensuring accurate enrollment and timely updates.
Understanding of the impacts to HCM & Benefits processes and data feeds to other internal and external applications related to the relevant processes.
Stay informed about Workday updates and releases to leverage new features for improved benefits administration.
Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems.
Must have 4 years for Workday Implementation and configuration support experience.
