Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting a phased Workday Benefits project beginning with early discovery and preparation work.
- Providing expert guidance on Workday Benefits configuration, processes, and best practices.
- Assisting with requirements clarification, system analysis, and solution recommendations.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and Workday specialists during configuration and testing.
- Ensuring compliance with programme governance, including certification requirements.
- Managing documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support activities as needed.
- Adjusting weekly hours in line with project phases - approximately 2 hours per week during Phase 0, rising to 4-6 hours per week from March through December 2026.
