Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Workday Architect to design and develop complex Workday integrations with enterprise AI/Agentic AI solutions, supporting HR and employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations with AI/enterprise applications.
- Integrate Workday HCM, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation modules.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Lead solutions from architecture and development through testing and deployment.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Extensive Workday integration and middleware experience.
- Experience with Workday HCM, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and enterprise AI integrations.
- Strong architecture, troubleshooting, and solution design skills.
