Summary: The Workday Analyst with Illuminate (Workday AI) role involves leveraging extensive Workday experience to implement AI-driven solutions and optimize business processes. The candidate will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and support the Enterprise ERP System. This position is a long-term contract and is fully remote within the USA. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in multiple Workday areas, including HCM, SCM, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demo, enable and roll out Workday AI capabilities (Illuminate)
- Work directly with customers to drive/facilitate AI-driven optimization
- Run discovery sessions and collect business unit requirements
- Design and build solutions by directly working with business users
- Build a solution roadmap and articulate it in a structured manner
- Implement enhancements, projects, and support Enterprise ERP System
- Build HCM, SCM, and Finance optimizations and new features
- Build and deploy new modules/projects/enhancements
- Manage change control process of requests through migration to Production tenants
- Support application upgrades, maintenance, security, and access
- Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
- Document business requirements with Client & Change Management
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical off-hours issues
Key Skills:
- 6+ years in multiple Workday areas (HCM, SCM, and Workday Finance)
- Hands-on technical and functional experience with various processes in HCM, SCM, and Finance
- Experience enabling and implementing AI solutions using Workday native options and/or external AI capabilities including Illuminate
- CA/Undergraduate degree preferred

Primary Responsibilities may include:

Build HCM (Time tracking, Payroll, Performance Mgmt, Advanced comp etc), SCM and Finance optimizations and new features
Build and deployment of new modules/projects/enhancements
Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants
Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access
Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
Work directly with Client & Change Management to document business requirements
Participate in Oncall rotation with team members for critical off hours issues
Required Qualifications:
6+ years in multiple Workday areas (HCM, SCM and Workday Finance) experience in both implementations and operational support
Hands on Technical and Functional experience with various processes in HCM, SCM and Finance
Experience enabling and implementing AI solution using Workday native options and/or external AI capabilities including Illuminate
Preferred Qualifications:
CA/Undergraduate degree
