Summary: The Workday Analyst role focuses on the transition of a new Workday system into business-as-usual operations for a global professional services company. The position involves ongoing design, configuration, and maintenance of various HR Workday modules, particularly HCM, Recruiting, Absence, and Time Tracking. The role is predominantly remote with occasional meetings in the London office and is classified as outside IR35. The contract duration is expected to be over 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday modules, specifically HCM, Recruiting, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and suppliers to optimize Workday functionalities.
- Support the transition of the Workday system into business-as-usual operations.
- Build business process efficiencies and understand Workday security.
- Conduct requirements elicitation, create user stories, and perform process analysis and journey mapping.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on configuration experience with multiple HR Workday modules, especially HCM, Recruiting, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Knowledge of Advanced Compensation and Benefits is advantageous.
- Ability to build business process efficiencies.
- Understanding of Workday Security.
- Experience in requirements elicitation, user stories creation, process analysis, and journey mapping.
