Key Responsibilities:
- Leading Advanced Compensation Unit Testing triage and resolution activities.
- Reviewing test scenarios, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective configuration.
- Supporting functional teams by analysing testing gaps and advising on best-practice solutions.
- Ensuring all compensation plans, eligibility rules, cycles, and reports function as intended.
- Partnering with stakeholders to validate fixes, retest scenarios, and confirm readiness for the next phase.
- Documenting configuration changes and maintaining high-quality testing evidence.
- Acting as the senior subject-matter expert for all Advanced Compensation issues.
