Summary: We are looking for an experienced Workday Advanced Compensation Specialist for a long-term consultancy role supporting a phased implementation project. The position starts with light weekly hours and increases as the project progresses through 2026. The ideal candidate will have the necessary Workday certifications and experience in Advanced Compensation implementations. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and the ability to adapt to changing hours throughout the project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting a multi-phase Workday Advanced Compensation programme beginning with Phase 0 requirements and preparation activities.
- Providing expert guidance on configuration, eligibility rules, plans, cycles, and best practices.
- Translating business needs into clear system requirements and solution recommendations.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and Workday specialists throughout configuration, testing, and rollout.
- Ensuring all deliverables comply with programme governance, including certification requirements.
- Preparing documentation, configuration notes, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Adapting to changing weekly hours - approximately 2 hours per week during Phase 0, increasing to 4-6 hours per week from March through December 2026.
Key Skills:
- Workday Pro Advanced Compensation Services Certification (mandatory).
- Workday Implementer Certification (mandatory).
- Ability and willingness to transfer certifications to the client (mandatory requirement).
- Strong experience delivering or supporting Workday Advanced Compensation implementations.
